Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
By accessing The Vault, you agree to the following terms governing the use of this private archival platform.
I. Access & Authorization
- The Patron: The primary account holder (Patron) is responsible for all guest invitations. The Patron assumes responsibility for ensuring that all invited Guests respect the private nature of the collection.
- The Guest: Access is granted as a privilege by the Patron. Voiced Legacy reserves the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.
II. Prohibited Use & Content Security
To maintain the integrity and privacy of the archives:
- No Unauthorized Distribution: Users are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, or distributing cinematic content from The Vault without the express written permission of the Patron.
- Account Security: Users must not share their login credentials. Each family member should have their own authorized access.
III. Content Ownership
Voiced Legacy claims no ownership over the family histories, stories, or reflections uploaded to the platform. The cinematic portraits remain the intellectual property as defined in your original Commission Agreement.
IV. Service Availability
While we utilize museum-grade archival practices and redundant server technology, Voiced Legacy provides The Vault “as is.” We perform regular maintenance to ensure the platform remains accessible for generations, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of third-party infrastructure failures.
V. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate access to The Vault for any user who attempts to circumvent security measures or engages in behavior that compromises the privacy of other families within the platform.
