I. Data Collection & Usage

We collect only the information necessary to provide a secure, personalized archival experience:

• Account Information: Names and email addresses provided during registration to manage access levels.
• Vault Metadata: Titles and descriptions of cinematic records used to organize your family collection.
• Reflections: Personal messages or “Reflections” submitted by authorized Guests are stored exclusively within your family’s private vault.

II. The Security of the Archive

Your family collection is protected by Advanced Encryption. Access is strictly limited to individuals explicitly invited by the account Patron.

• We utilize industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit.
• Archives are hosted on secure, redundant servers to ensure long-term preservation.

III. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or archival content to outside parties. Your cinematic portraits and family data are yours alone. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as our secure video hosting partners) solely for the purpose of operating the platform, and these parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

IV. Your Rights

Patrons have the right to request the permanent deletion of their Vault and all associated data at any time. Guests may request to have their accounts or specific reflections removed by contacting the Archival Concierge.
